The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant involve providing competent personal care tasks to patients in their homes, with guidance, instruction, and supervision from the registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities
? Aid guests or patients in admissions, transfers, and discharges. Carry out routine evaluations to ensure that their personal care requirements are being addressed in alignment with their preferences and prescribed care regimen.
? Consistently review care plans to confirm the incorporation of any changes in the guest's or patient's daily care regimen.
Qualifications
? Before recruitment, individuals must possess a valid certification for a nursing assistant (CNA) license.
? The job demands candidates to possess an active CPR credential and a current fingerprint clearance card.
? It is preferred that applicants have a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a CNA/LNA.
? Updated background in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or transitional rehabilitation services
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
