Call Center Representative Responsibilities: ? Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.. ? Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload. ? Providing quality customer service and support.
Call Center Representative Qualifications for the position include:
? Team Player with excellent communication skills.
? Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
? Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
? Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
? Minimum of two years? experience in health care industry required.
? Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred.
? Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred.
? Associates degree preferred.
? Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
