Description We are opening an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Reading, Pennsylvania, and will be operated remotely. The role involves the use of various digital marketing strategies and tools, with an emphasis on the strategic use of email marketing systems.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and manage multilingual digital marketing campaigns.

? Utilize email automation programs such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp to optimize email marketing.

? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

? Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and AB Testing.

? Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Content Management System (CMS) to create and manage digital content.

? Leverage CRM to maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.

? Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.

? Use analytics tools to measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

? Engage in blogging to boost brand awareness and reach out to potential customers.

? Ensure all digital marketing activities are conducted with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Requirements ? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a must for the creation and editing of digital content.

? Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) for managing the organization's online content.

? Proficiency in using CRM software for managing relationships with potential and existing customers.

? Ability to use Facebook Insights for analyzing customer interactions and data.

? Experience in using Google Ads for creating online advertising campaigns.

? Knowledge of AB Testing methods to optimize digital marketing strategies.

? Experience in creating and managing online advertisements.

? Strong analytical skills to interpret digital data and make data-driven decisions.

? Blogging experience is required to create engaging content for our audience.
