Key Responsibilities: As a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor, you will help provide high-net worth clients with tailored financial solutions. This includes identifying client needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing recommendations that align with their objectives. You will leverage technology to achieve business growth goals and build a sustainable book of business. You will also communicate effectively with clients, providing them with personalized advice and presenting investment strategies that meet their financial needs. Additionally, you will partner with Financial Advisor teams to build their network and promote portfolio growth.
The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey:
This role offers experienced advisors the opportunity to pursue a career within Merrill Wealth Management. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working with both affluent and high net worth clients to identify their needs and develop relationships.
