Responsibilities
? Connect with clients to address their skincare needs and support store teams in creating memorable experiences.

? Collaborate with the KS Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.

? Educate retail partners and clients on Kate Somerville brand heritage and product benefits.

? Communicate effectively with clients and retail partners regarding scheduling and territory needs.

? Achieve sales results, aiming for a goal of typically 4X the hourly rate.

? Merchandise and refresh stock to maintain an enjoyable shopping experience.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; licensed esthetician/cosmetologist preferred.

? Minimum 3 years of beauty retail sales experience, preferably in beauty specialty and department stores.

? Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

? Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationships.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
