In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Fulfillment Operations partners by leveraging existing technologies and implementing new fulfillment center technology and execution tools. A solid understanding of e-commerce fulfillment operations and extensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential to effectively bridge the gap between fulfillment processes and system design. You will be working with various tools, including WMS, Labor Management System, Performance Management System, and other new fulfillment applications. As the Project Manager, you will provide second-tier support across all Fulfillment Centers, excluding Pharmacy FCs, and serve as the primary point of contact between Operations and Chewy's WMS Technical Product Managers and Software Engineers. Working under tight timelines, you will deliver solutions for high-priority incidents while also managing other tasks defined by the business to accelerate growth. Your ability to partner with operations and technical teams will be vital in bridging gaps between processes and skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, thrive in matrix and multi-functional environments, and be able to influence without authority.
