There is a lot of money to be made and we hope to find agents with the same hunger and drive for success. This is a commission based full-time role. Requirements:
? NYS real estate license or in the process of obtaining.
? Fulltime availability.
? Reliable vehicle.
? Computer/internet/phone.
? Desire to be part of a growing real estate brokerage.
Nice to have:
? Familiarity with the five boroughs and Long Island.
? Bi-lingual.
? Prior sales experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
? Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
? Conduct property showings and open houses.
? Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.
? Guide clients through the negotiation process to achieve favorable terms.
? Stay up to date with real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations.
? Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
? Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
? Maintain a strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and amenities.
Skills:
? Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
? Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
? Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
? Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
