The Certified Nursing Assistant undergoes specialized training to competently deliver personal care services to patients at their homes, following the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
? Help visitors or patients during their admission, transfer, or release processes. Regularly monitor each individual to confirm that their personal care requirements align with their preferences and prescribed care plan.
? Check the care plans regularly to identify any updates or modifications in the daily care regimen of the resident.

Qualifications
? Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required before being employed.
? Possession of up-to-date CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card is required.
? Previous experience as a certified nursing assistant or licensed nursing assistant for a minimum of six months is desirable.
? Recent involvement in long-term care facilities or centers for skilled nursing or transitional rehabilitation purposes
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
