Responsibilities
? Illustrates the primary nursing competencies set by the agency aimed at ensuring ongoing and high-quality care.
? Completes the first assessment visit and routinely reexamines the patient's nursing necessities.
? Starts the implementation of the care plan and any needed changes.
? Provides support that calls for extensive specialized nursing proficiency.
? Starts appropriate measures to prevent and assist in the rehabilitation of patients through nursing techniques.
? Compiles timely and accurate patient visit notes and care conference synopses in adherence with Agency protocols.

Qualifications
? A current, valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN license must be obtained from the State Board of Nursing prior to the hiring date. Sustaining a valid RN licensure is obligatory for practicing as an RN.
? CPR required.
? Recent and verifiable experience as a registered nurse for a minimum of one year is necessary.
? Applicants with a recent license and hands-on experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation facilities are preferred.
