LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Scottsdale who is in search of an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with a variety of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate files. ? Manage HR documentation, including employee records and compliance forms. ? Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and benefits enrollment. ? Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases. ? Assist with employee relations, training scheduling, and employee event coordination. ? Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR resource. ? Help with the preparation and distribution of HR communications, such as policies, notices, and updates. ? Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including confidentiality and compliance with state and federal laws.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred). ? Previous administrative experience, ideally in HR, is a plus but not required. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
