The Role:

The Human Resources Specialist role requires creativity, flexibility, and interest in meeting varying demands of Fox restaurant Concepts' diverse work environment. You will partner with the various functional areas within Human Resources as well as provide practical solutions to common HR and restaurant management needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast pace environment and develop your human resources skill set.
? Hourly employee onboarding administration and file maintenance
? Administration of employee Reward and Incentive Programs
? Coordinate all HR mail, employment records requests and verifications
? Assist HR team with compiling reports, analyzing the data and preparing presentations.
? Organize and maintain internal HR documents and data within ATS and HRIS systems.
? Functions as a resource for questions from management and employees concerning various HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications: ? 2+ years Restaurant/Hospitality experience ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizing and planning skills ? Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with employees, peers and management ? Highly productive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
