We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in the Panhandle of Florida. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This is not a remote position. As a Comparion Insurance sales agent, you'll have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with Auto, Home, and Life insurance products from a variety of carriers. This position offers uncapped pay, including base salary, bonuses, prizes, and recognition that includes worldwide travel. You will receive paid training (including licensing) and mentorships for employees who want to pursue their career goals. Sales support is also provided, allowing you to earn commissions for leads even if other team members close the deals. Total average first-year earnings range from $65K to $85K through a combination of base, bonus, and uncapped commission, with the potential for top performers to earn over $150K.
