We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our corporate office team. This role will focus on recruiting professionals for the Multi-Family industry, assisting with client satisfaction, and filling open job orders with active and available temporary employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
? Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Multi-Family industry.

? Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent.

? Assist with maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.

? Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with placed candidates.

? Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

? Work closely with the recruitment team to match available temporary employees with open job orders.

? Ensure timely and accurate placement of candidates to meet client requirements.

? Maintain an up-to-date database of active and available candidates.

? Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.

? Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.

? Support other team members as needed.
Requirements
? High School diploma or GED required.

? Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Multi-Family industry, is a plus.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.

? High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
