Key Account Coordinator

We are seeking a Key Account Coordinator to join our apparel manufacturing team located in Secaucus, New Jersey, United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives and key account managers, ensuring the efficient processing and research of orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities:? Efficient handling of email/EDI orders for various outlets such as department stores, e-commerce platforms, and licensor boutiques.? Creation and management of contracts and call-off orders.? Prioritize and process manual allocations and deliveries for crucial orders.? Management of open orders and close collaboration with Sales Delivery to address allocation issues and enhance order fulfillment.? Effective resolution of inquiries from customers, sales reps, and brand managers.? Daily management and troubleshooting of delivery blocks.? Direct communication with key accounts via email and Teams.? Processing and research of credits including markdowns, rebates, and advertising via dispute management tool in SAP.? Resolution of disputes regarding customer chargebacks and violations.? Processing of consignment fill-up, pick-up, and issue orders.? Maintenance and updating of customer SKU inforecords and VAS.? Maintenance and updating of online customer portals.? Collaboration with Commercial, Credit, Sales Delivery, ICT, and the warehouse.? Assistance to team members and execution of other duties as needed.
