Lead Product Manager- Technical F/T
Overview
Own the working backwards document and vision for feature releases.
Role.
? Identify gaps and charter new platform capabilities as required.
? Make use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product.
? Compare features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release.
? Identify innovations or perform test and learn experiments to create features that add more business and customer value for a platform product.
? Participate with the business in customer research to inform platform product feature needs.
? Contribute near-term input (quarterly) for the platform product portfolio and roadmap.
? Make trade-off decisions on platform product features.
? Use runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balances the priorities against new feature requests.
? Exhibit expertise within platform feature area and coordinate with interdependent teams.
? Digest business customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature set.
? Has visibility into the design of the user experience.
? Determine release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as needed.
? Continuously monitor client feedback and platform performance metrics to maintain key service level agreements and support program growth and scale.
About You
? Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Technology Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering (any), or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in job offered or as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer, or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience.

Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Banking, FinTech, or other Payment Technology experience; Scrum or Agile methodologies; Writing Business Requirement Docs/ Product Requirement Docs/ User Stories; Owning end-to-end product roadmap strategy and definition; Product lifecycle management tools: JIRA/ALM/New Relic; Cloud technologies and services; Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint / Excel / Teams.
? Rate of pay: $180,250 - $228,000/ year

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
