Are you an experienced Licensed Optical Manager with an eye for delivering exceptional customer service? Sam's Club is looking for an outgoing and organized individual to join our team. Working in the Optical Department, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to department staff while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Optical Department, ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with established standards. Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. Hire, train, and manage Optical Department staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews. Respond to customer inquiries and address any customer complaints. Ensure all safety regulations are followed and that the Optical Department is compliant with all applicable laws. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and maximize profits. Create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers and increase brand awareness. Monitor sales trends and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation for the Optical Department.
