Oversee all aspects of maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment.
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide leadership and guidance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary parts and supplies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs without disrupting daily operations.
Develop and manage a budget for maintenance expenses.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate with upper management and provide regular reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and any issues.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely completion of projects.
