Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports nurses (RN and LPN) in assisting with daily living activities for residents.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
? Provide care for multiple residents within the facility.
? Uphold Resident Rights at all times.
? Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
? Help nurses with the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
? Support nurses in administering treatments and performing resident exams.
? Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care under guidance and supervision.
? Maintain a strong work ethic, showing reliability and punctuality by adhering to the schedule.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: ? Valid and current CNA license in the state of employment. ? Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. ? Ability to make independent decisions when needed. ? Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with other staff members.
