Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Management:
? Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
? Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
? Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
? Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
Human Resources & Compliance:
? Support HR functions, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in maintaining regulatory documentation.
? Coordinate with legal and accounting teams for contracts, invoices, and payroll processing.
Operations & Logistics Support:
? Assist in coordinating shipments, inventory tracking, and warehouse communications.
? Work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
? Maintain organized records of company assets, files, and documentation.
Communication:
? Support event planning, company meetings, and team-building activities.
? Assist in maintaining email communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Must have Quickbooks experience.
? Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
