Part Time Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Duties
? Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
? Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
? Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash bins.
? Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
? Support commercial cleaning efforts by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning supplies.
? Engage in industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
? Participate in facilities maintenance activities to uphold operational standards.

Skills
? Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
? Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
? Experience in custodial or porter roles is preferred.
? Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and standards.
? Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks related to cleanliness and upkeep.
? Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes is a plus.
? Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
