?? Your Mission Will Be To:

The objective of the Social Media Identifier role is to monitor and analyze social media platforms to identify trends, key influencers, engagement opportunities, and audience behaviors. The role provides data-driven insights to inform and optimize the company?s social media strategies, ensuring more targeted and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities
? Social Media Monitoring: Actively track and analyze various social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to identify emerging trends, popular hashtags, and potential viral content relevant to Dentemp?s audience.
? Trend Analysis: Evaluate the performance of ongoing social media campaigns, pinpoint trending topics, and provide actionable insights to optimize Dentemp?s strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
? Target Audience Identification: Leverage analytics tools to identify key audiences and influencers that align with Dentemp?s brand, ensuring content effectively reaches and resonates with the right demographics.
? Product Identification by Influencers: Monitor and analyze the products featured by influencers in their content.
? Engagement Optimization: Collaborate with the content creation team to suggest improvements based on audience engagement metrics, ensuring content is optimized for maximum interaction.
? Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor social media performance to uncover opportunities for differentiation and identify areas where Dentemp can enhance its presence.
? Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings from social media analysis, including strategic recommendations to improve Dentemp?s outreach and campaign effectiveness.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies, ensuring Dentemp?s content, campaigns, and social media efforts are aligned for optimal impact.
? Perform daily moderation for adverse events on existing brand social media channels and existing e-commerce platforms

Respond to adverse and benign events within 24 hours of occurrence on business days in accordance with pre-agreed upon FAQs (see: tools), and in consultation with Bridges should answers not be covered under FAQ or precedent; weekend events shall all be addressed by close of business Monday.

Produce monthly summaries that track all adverse and benign events and responses to include the following:
? Date of consumer comment
? Username of consumer
? Consumer comment
? Brand response (if necessary)
? Name of individual who responded

Great Customer service Skills
? Proven experience in social media management or a related role (such as social media analytics, community management, or content strategy).
? Ability to interpret social media data to drive actionable insights and improve strategies.
? Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
? Creative mindset with a passion for staying on top of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram, Tiktok, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key patterns in large sets of social media data.

At least 1-2 years of experience

Software/platforms required: Instagram, Tiktok, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.

Experience with platforms like Sprout Social, Bazaarvoice and Excel sheets. Social media management experience would be great.

Experience with customer service and escalating questions related to healthcare products.

Effective communication skills, timeliness, and excellent customer service.
