Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members by helping them find the perfect item for their home, office, or special occasion.
• Greet and engage customers in friendly conversation while taking their orders.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sam?s Club product offerings.
• Manage inventory and stock shelves.
• Process orders quickly and accurately.
• Assist with product returns and exchanges.
• Keep up-to-date on new products and promotions.
• Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members.
