Posted 2025-04-22Identifies, prioritizes, and develops overall strategies and tactics on a global (or point of sale centric) scale that align to both customer and internal AA goals. Maintains ongoing relationships with key account decision makers and influencers. Mastery of customer's global travel program, and their decision-making processes Ability to assess the evolving competitive landscape and its impact on accounts, highlighted by willingness to adapt to ensure success. Understands account segmentation strategy and customer needs. Engages customers in discussion/diagnosis of business needs (both known and unknown). Documents and validates customer needs prior to presenting solutions.Maintains expertise in both AA and key partner products and services. Candidate can successfully tailor the AA and partner value proposition to uniquely meet the specific customer corporate travel program?s needs.
