We are expanding our operations to include a new retail location and seek a dynamic, hands-on, and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio office and retail location. You will play a critical role in managing client orders, construction schedules, studio operations, and support staff across both locations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in project management, customer service, and leadership, with the ability to adapt and handle various tasks across multiple facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities: ? Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of client projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. ? Client Orders & Coordination: Manage client orders, ensuring all details are captured, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely manner. Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any adjustments or issues. ? Construction Scheduling: Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure all deadlines are met, and any challenges are addressed quickly. ? Studio & Retail Location Oversight: Manage daily operations at both the studio office and retail location, ensuring smooth functioning and a high level of service. ? Support Staff Management: Lead and coordinate with support staff at both locations to ensure consistent performance, including scheduling, task delegation, and staff development. ? Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-level customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional experiences. ? Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any challenges that arise during project execution or retail operations, ensuring timely resolutions. ? Budget & Resource Management: Ensure projects stay within budget and resources are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications: ? Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a background in interior design, construction, or a related field. Experience in managing a retail location is a plus. ? Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing staff. Strong people management and motivational skills. ? Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional experience for high-end clients. ? Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. ? Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and maintain high levels of organization across various projects and locations. ? Tech Savvy: Comfortable with project management software, MS Office Suite, and other tools to manage tasks and schedules. ? Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role. ? Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
