Quality Assurance Lead

General responsibilities include:
? Scrum Master and Servant Leaderfor QA Team.
? Collaborate with otherteams daily.
? Monitor, track, and report on defects.
? Perform testing activities including writing test plans, test cases, manualand automate test scripts.
? Analyze currentquality assurance practices, and recommend futurestate practices and tools.
? Establish quality assurance metrics.
? Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software IT processes.
? Perform mentoring andknowledge transfer to other Quality assurance staff.
? Ensure that quality measures and procedures are executed.
? Ensure thatproducts, applications, and systems are following established quality standards and meet customer requirements.
? Champion the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities.
? Research, develop, and implement manual and automated testing methods and procedures to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards

Experience
? 7 - 8 yearsof professional experience in Software QualityAssurance or another related field is required.
? Experience in a DevOps environment is highly desired.
? Minimum of 5 years?experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization is required.
? Minimum of 5 yearsof prior management experience, supervisory, or team lead erexperience is required.
? 2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture is required.
? 2 - 3 years of prior experience with transportation technology is highly desired.
? Knowledge of Informatica IICSCloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake is highly desired.
