In this role, you will plan and manage personnel and material resources, processes and projects in the Monoclonal Antibody Production Area.
? Supporting and leading process and/or design change projects. You will develop protocols, prepare validation and/or test results reports, and work with cross functional teams.
? Supervise daily operations of the monoclonal antibody production process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
? Lead and mentor a team of scientists and technicians in the execution of production protocols.
? Oversee the optimization of cell culture and purification processes to enhance yield and quality.
? Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure product integrity and safety.
? Maintain accurate documentation of production procedures, results, and deviations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
? Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production efficiency.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the production process.
? Participate in the development and validation of new production processes and technologies.
? Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in monoclonal antibody production.

? You have Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
? You have experience in monoclonal antibody production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
? You have Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques, protein purification, and characterization methods.
? You have familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control processes.
? You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
? You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? You have experience with people management and leadership skills.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
? Require time management and planning skills, working with cross function teams to meet project milestones.
? BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biology or related disciplines with 5 - 8 years of job-related experience.
? Experience working in a regulated environment.
? Experience in monoclonal antibody production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
? Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques, protein purification, and characterization methods.
? Familiar with GMP regulations and quality control processes.
? Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Experience with people management and leadership skills
