Pepsico is hiring for Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving the availability and visibility of the Pepsico Beverages portfolio across various customer channels through strategic selling techniques and effective merchandising. Key responsibilities include expanding product distribution, increasing sales volume, and providing excellent customer service within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution:
? Secure incremental availability of Pepsico products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Rockstar, Bang, and others.
? Develop and manage assigned accounts to increase sales volume and improve product distribution.
? Solicit new business opportunities to enhance product availability and packaging options in assigned territories.
? Place and maintain equipment to support product distribution and maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Relations:
? Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and sell the benefits of Pepsico?s Service Advantage.
? Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
? Communicate with store managers and decision-makers to influence product placement and brand visibility.

Merchandising & Promotion:
? Utilize point-of-sale (POS) materials to create excitement and boost sales.
? Merchandise products effectively, build displays, secure rack placements, and ensure compliance with local and national execution programs.
? Reset stores regularly to optimize shelf facings and enhance product placement.

Reporting & Compliance:
? Ensure adherence to company sales strategies and guidelines.
? Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and merchandising initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets. ? Ability to merchandise effectively and create attractive displays. ? Knowledge of beverage industry trends and customer preferences. ? Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
? Previous sales experience in consumer goods or retail is advantageous.
