Lead and train the sales support team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets through positive reinforcement and recognition.
Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to develop and implement sales strategies.
Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques to improve their performance.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for the sales support team.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Keep track of employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing to meet customer needs.
Participate in meetings and provide feedback to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
