About the Team

The Platform Innovation team leads up the strategy, launch + scaling of DoorDash?s nascent bets for its white-label restaurants business.

On a typical day, you will be working with our cross-functional partners and merchants. This will include running and refining experiments to improve operations, analyzing and diving into data to derive insights, speaking to merchants to inform our product and GTM strategies, and building internal processes to help our teams work together more efficiently.

About the Role

You will report into the GTM Lead of Platform Innovation and serve as a member of our broader Restaurant Platform organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving company growth, focused on increasing adoption of in-store products and taking new products to market with SMB restaurants in the US.

? Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and finance to align operational efforts and drive quarterly Objective & Key Results.
? Make data-driven decisions by analyzing insights to optimize GTM performance, influence strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement
? Own and scale the GTM function for a new product: setting goals, training the sales team, and ensuring seamless execution
? Shape market strategy by researching trends, identifying whitespace opportunities, and refining product positioning to drive adoption.
? Equip the sales team with the right tools?building battle cards, case studies, and pitch decks to sharpen messaging and improve conversion.
? Test and iterate quickly by running A/B tests to refine value propositions, identify high-intent merchants, and accelerate product-market fit.
? Influence the product roadmap by gathering merchant feedback, surfacing product gaps, and providing data-backed recommendations to expand our total addressable market (TAM).

We?re excited about you because?
? You have 2-5 years of working experience in roles such as but not limited to: startup/ tech/software strategy & operations, product management or banking, consulting
? You are a flawless executor who isn?t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail to solve problems
? You are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and putting out fires - we are an early stage product and this will come with the territory
? You have experience building a strategy based on a combination of industry research and real world needs of your project/product?s users
? You are comfortable working with data and can leverage SQL to analyze trends, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions
? Your cross-functional partners love you. We are a small scrappy team which means that we work closely across teams and departments to reach our goals. You can communicate, collaborate and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, onboarding + support
? Willingness to travel up to 20% of business days is required
? Excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
