The Senior Brand Copywriter at Parisleaf is a pivotal role that combines creativity with strategic thinking to help purpose-driven brands articulate their identity and messaging. This position requires a seasoned writer with a strong background in brand development, capable of collaborating with various teams to deliver compelling copy that resonates with clients and their audiences. The role emphasizes quality, self-direction, and the ability to co-facilitate workshops and presentations, ensuring that the brand's essence is captured in every piece of communication.

Responsibilities
? Research partner materials and competitive landscapes to summarize highlights and opportunities.

? Co-facilitate discovery interviews with problem-finding, insights, and opportunities in mind.
,
? Write executive summaries to capture research insights and analysis.
,
? Work with teammates to co-facilitate collaborative workshops with clients.
,
? Establish the who, what, and why it matters of campaign messaging guidelines.
,
? Develop strategic recommendations for naming, messaging, and identity design.
,
? Facilitate transitions from verbal to visual milestones with designer(s).
,
? Collaborate with design to establish core and directional ideas.
,
? Share keen observations, opinionated viewpoints, and objective feedback with teammates to ensure our solutions are world-class.
,
? Develop thorough guidelines to help our client partners understand how best to channel and activate campaign brands.
,
? Export assets (e.g. file formats) with accuracy and clear versioning.
,
? Organize folders, files, libraries, and directories for quick findability, optimized collaboration, and detail-oriented workflows.
,
? Use the Google suite and other collaborative tools to optimize brand assets for our partners.
,
? Activate our Brand Foundation work in creatively informative, engaging, and effective ways.
,
? Communicate well in written and verbal contexts ? especially in presentation formats.
,
? Showcase our portfolio of work through captivating case studies.
,
? Market our work with intriguing messaging for social media platforms.
,
? Share expertise through short- and long-form thought leadership in an effort to help us expand our reach and further grow partnerships.

Requirements
? 10+ years of experience in a writing role, preferably in a brand agency setting.
,
? Proven ability to write compelling copy that inspires action and communicates brand essence.
,
? Experience in developing competitive analysis, core positioning statements, voice and tone, and content strategy.
,
? Strong collaboration skills to work closely with designers and other team members.
,
? Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
