We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our support team in Orlando. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who wants to make an impact in everything S/he does, maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Position is located in Orlando
? At least 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally for a technology product with international clients
? Online chat support experience
? Native-level English Speaker - advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a real team-player
? Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
? Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
? Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
? Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement
? Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once
? Proficiency with data analysis in excel- an advantage
? Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira and automated support/helpdesk systems- an advantage
