Spa Experience Manager Responsibilities
? Lead with Presence: This is not a desk job. Be out on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring each person feels valued.
? Drive Memberships: Transform guest interactions into lasting relationships by converting them into members.
? Team Leadership: Motivate and train your team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
? Community Engagement: Share your passion for wellness, hospitality, and building meaningful connections. Experience with events or community outreach is a bonus!
? Be the Face of Hospitality: Your empathetic, guest-first approach will elevate our standards and keep our guests coming back.

Spa Experience Manager Qualifications
? 2+ years of customer service or hospitality management experience
? A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
? A hands-on, highly visible leader who loves interacting with guests
? Proven experience with membership sales and a passion for conversions
? Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and guest satisfaction
? Experience in events and/or community outreach is a plus!
