Responsibilities
? Serve as a significant and autonomous contributor, consistently delivering high-quality work by leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

? Take on projects with undefined implementation, delivering on schedule by applying engineering best practices.

? Identify when systems lack key qualities such as high availability, performance, security, stability, instrumentation, and maintainability, and propose effective mitigations.

? Demonstrate expertise in Process Mapping & Analysis, analyzing existing business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing automation opportunities.

? Possess familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies to map and optimize workflows before automation.

? Expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, including process discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment.

? Ability to create scripts for automation processes, including data parsing and manipulation.

? Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, and product development teams to optimize the sourcing process.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).

? 5 years of hands-on experience leading automation initiatives, ideally in a technology or engineering-focused organization.

? 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows, processes, and systems.

? 5 years of experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

? 5 years of experience with project management methodologies, business analysis, and process improvement techniques.
