Responsibilities:

? Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
? Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring they are performing tasks to the highest standard
? Hire, train, and develop team members as needed
? Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
? Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed
? Create a positive work environment and foster teamwork
? Assist with resolving customer complaints and inquiries
? Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary
? Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to
? Monitor store performance and suggest improvements
? Provide feedback to store management on team performance and customer feedback
