The Boeing Enterprise Supply Chain Corporate Compliance Sourcing Procedures and Training Team is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Procurement Analyst (PA) to join the team.

The selected individual will have a background with Procurement Agent skills experience, strong project management skills and has contributed to innovative learning concepts or instructional design to better the PA learner experience for knowledge retention. Candidates should have demonstrated performance coaching/educating others in procurement processes and procedures. In addition, we require a candidate who collaborates well with others in building strong business partnerships in a high-demand and dynamic environment to ensure training strategies are timely executed and provides the adult learner an experience that is modernized and valued in executing their PA responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities: ? Leverages PA knowledge and procurement functional excellence experiences in the development of training materials ? Leads and manages projects associated with supply chain sourcing compliance training ? Identifies and evaluates training or instructional needs to initiate improvements for consistent execution compliance ? Creates training plans and project plans and stays updated on training trends ? Implements content development and maintenance, write scripts and instructor/facilitator guides ? Implements various training delivery methods to enhance supply chain sourcing employees' skills and performance to procedures ? Displays excellent oral communication skills and assist in problem resolution ? Monitors training program effectiveness ? Applies lean and quality principles in the execution of their work

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
? Experience with Boeing procurement processes and contracting
? Experience analyzing data, performing trend analysis, and compiling reports
? Experience with Project Management experience
? Excellent writing and presentation skills, ability to present complex information in a clear and simple way

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
? Bachelor's degree in Business or other related fields of Education
? Supply Chain [desired] experience with multiple learning concepts and training methods
? Instructional design work desired
? Multiple business unit experience

Summary pay range: $110,500 - $172,500
