Perform tire and battery installations, repairs, and maintenance accurately and efficiently.
Provide top-notch customer service to members by addressing their needs and concerns.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues with tires and batteries.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure efficient workflow and address any issues or concerns.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to tire and battery maintenance.
Assist in other areas of the Automotive department as needed.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
