About the position

As a CBRE Union Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering contributions to union benefit funds, ensuring compliance with CBRE's obligations under various collective bargaining agreements. This position is part of the Union Benefits Team, which is responsible for the planning, designing, and administration of employee union payroll deductions and employer contributions to a variety of unions. Your work will directly impact the quality of the services provided to employees and the overall effectiveness of the union benefits program. In this role, you will assist in setting up employee deductions in accordance with CBRE policy, coordinate union enrollment for new hires, and monitor employee and plan rates for various union benefit funds. You will also be responsible for communicating changes in employee deductions to both employees and leadership, preparing regular payroll and remittance reports, and providing customer service support to internal customers and external vendors. Your knowledge of standard union principles and practical experience in applying them will be essential in this position. You will be expected to lead by example, modeling behaviors that align with CBRE's RISE values, and work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements
? 3+ years of experience in benefit plan administration, including health and welfare.

? Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
,
? Experience working for a health care carrier, consulting firm, or insurance company preferred.
,
? PeopleSoft experience preferred.
,
? Strong vendor management skills and knowledge of federal and state regulations and compliance requirements.

? Ability to analyze information and standard practices to make judgments.
,
? Knowledge in own professional job discipline and other HR functions.
