Job Duties and Responsibilities of UPS Package Handler:
? Move goods securely from one place to another using company vehicles; this can involve business-to-business or business-to-customer deliveries through the UPS delivery network.
? Exceptional service should be provided when dropping off packages because it helps ensure satisfaction among customers.
? At all times employees must dress in accordance with company appearance standards so that they comply with DOT regulations as well as those established by their employer itself.
? It is important to handle or deliver lifted/moved packages safely if they weigh 70 lbs. or more, especially since such items need to reach their destinations in one piece.
? Work well together with other members of staff so as to streamline plaing delivery schedules and routes.
? Keeping accurate records about what has been delivered is key if deadlines are to be met and specific tasks accomplished.

Qualifications and Experience of UPS Package Handler:
? A valid driver?s license free from blemish;
? Ability to lift up objects weighing seventy pounds while satisfying DOT physical requirements;
? Good interpersonal skills honed over years spent dealing with clients from different walks of life including but not limited this field
? High school completion certificate or equivalent qualification issued by an accredited institution
? Experience in package delivery industry may be useful although not mandatory
