? *Position Overview:**

We are seeking experienced Water & Wastewater Plant Operators (Circuit Riders) to join our team in Delta PA, Northern MD and Southern MD. The Circuit Rider Operators will play a pivotal role in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest level of service to our clients. ? *Responsibilities:**

• Operate, monitor, and maintain water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections, tests, and adjustments to maintain water and effluent quality and system efficiency.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on treatment equipment, pumps, distribution systems, and collection systems.

• Monitor and record operational data, water quality, and effluent quality parameters, and system performance.

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and service interruptions to ensure the proper treatment of water and wastewater.

• Perform sampling and testing of water and wastewater to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory agencies as required.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
? *Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework or certifications in water and wastewater operations preferred.

• State or local certifications as a Water & Wastewater Operator, as required by regulatory authorities.

• Proven experience in water and wastewater treatment operations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
