Key Responsibilities:
Customers provide extraordinary customer service via phone, chat, or email while addressing interrogation, concerns and product issues.
Product issues, delivery inquiries and redress of withdrawal procedures and solutions.
Maintain intensive knowledge of warfare products, policies and promotion.
Track the customer's orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upsailing and cross-selling wafer products.
Cooperate with other departments to solve customer issues and increase Seva Prasad.
Company CRM system accurately document the document of customer interaction.
Follow the company's guidelines, ensure the highest standard of professionalism in all customer interactions.
Ability:
High school diploma or equivalent; Liked college degree.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the role of customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Skills of solving strong problems and ability to multitak in the book environment.
Comfortable in using technology and navigating many platforms.
The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Knowledge of Wayfare products is a plus, but not required; We provide complete training.
