The Xfinity Retail Store Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the store team to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the customer environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing guidance to employees. The manager will also be involved in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members, as well as developing processes to enhance departmental performance.
Responsibilities
? Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers and the store team.

? Manage all phases of the customer environment to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction scores.

? Hire, coach, and evaluate personnel based on performance standards.

? Develop personal performance plans with employees and provide continuous feedback.

? Develop processes and procedures to drive departmental efficiencies and meet budget goals.

? Partner with regional and divisional business partners to support positive sales results.

? Identify and utilize key efficiency metrics to measure sales team success.

? Ensure team members are clear on objectives and trained in accordance with learning plans.

? Validate reporting of sales and installation numbers on an ongoing basis.

? Collaborate with IT and other departments for sales routing and assignments.
Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

? 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail or sales management.

? Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
