Location - Remote / Work from Home

Shift Time - US EST

Working Days - 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off, Except Last Saturday of the month)

JOB DESCRIPTION :---

• Conduct outbound cold calls (100+ calls in day) to potential clients from provided leads or databases.

• Identify and qualify potential customers based on company criteria.

• Clearly explain the company?s products/services and handle basic queries.

• Maintain a detailed record of calls and interactions in the CRM.

• Follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
