Key Responsibilities: ? Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots. ? Ensure the dishwashing area remains organized and adheres to health and safety standards. ? Help in maintaining an ample supply of pristine plates, bowls, and cooking equipment in the kitchen to meet the demands of the busy restaurant. ? Ensure the correct disposal of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste to promote cleanliness and tidiness in your workspace. ? Interact closely with both kitchen and service personnel to guarantee a seamless workflow and punctual guest assistance. ? Help out with additional cleaning responsibilities including wiping counters and sweeping and mopping floors as required.
