Drop-shipping VA (Walmart Account)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Walmart marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, with a focus on items with next-day delivery and a good return policy.

Key Responsibilities:

? Product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, ensuring items have next-day delivery and a favorable return policy.

? Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

? Exhibit respect and loyalty in all professional interactions.

? Lead and manage other employees, with the ability to hire and expand the team for more listings.

? Present a comprehensive method for finding new suppliers during the interview.

? Utilize technology effectively, with a strong emphasis on being tech-savvy.

? Have overall knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces.

? Experience with Buybox strategies and relevant software is a plus.

? Proficiency in Google Sheets is required.

Proven experience in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping.

? Ability to show previous history in product hunting for two-step dropshipping during the interview.

? Fluent English speaking skills.

? Demonstrated experience in the field.

? Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and expand a team.

? Tech-savvy with a good understanding of relevant tools and software.

? Knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces is a plus.
