Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (SEO & SaaS Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a database using information sourced from LinkedIn and other online directories

• Extract relevant data from various websites, including job portals and online directories

• Identify and collect contact information of professionals from SaaS companies, including:

• Marketing team members

• SEO specialists

• Outreach specialists

• Growth managers

• Content marketers

• PR executives

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity, adhering to established guidelines and standards

• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize data for search engines, improving visibility and rankings

• Support SaaS product development by providing accurate and relevant data insights

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, preferably with SEO and SaaS exposure.

• Ability to create and manage databases using information sourced from LinkedIn and other online directories

• Experience in scraping data from job portals and online directories

• Proficiency in extracting relevant data from various websites

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization

• Familiarity with SaaS product development and marketing strategies

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript

• Certification in data analysis, SEO, or SaaS-related fields

• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders
