Short and Fun Idioms and Sayings YouTube Videos
Posted 2025-04-22Hello, we're starting a new series of short videos on where familiar idioms and saying came from (i.e the cat got your tongue, eating "humble pie", etc).
The videos will be short and easy: from only 2 to 3 minutes each.
We'll need you to have a teleprompter to read the script (which we'll provide), have a good quality camera, provide good quality audio, and either be able to shoot in front of a well and evenly lit green screen (preferred), or in interesting places (outside or inside) that provide an interesting background.
We'll do the editing.
We'll pay $100 per short video, and will be doing a series of 5 videos over the course of 2 weeks. For a total of $500. Each video will be a $100 milestone as we go.
If you like, after the first video is reviewed and found to be of good quality (both video and audio), you can record the remaining 4 videos all at once and we'll release the payments for each video (each milestone) as the videos are reviewed and accepted over the course of 2 weeks.
Of course, if the quality of a video (or its audio) is not acceptable, the milestone for that video will not be released until a good quality video with good quality audio is provided--which is understandable. :)
If you are interested in this project, please send us a video introduction of yourself. This will give us a chance to "meet" you as well as to see what kind of audio and video quality we can expect. Please don't just send a link to something you have recorded in the past. We need it to be a short introductory video for this project so we can see what your current video production quality is like.
If this goes well, there may be future projects to work on as well.
Thanks so much! And we hope to hear from you (and see you) soon!
Thanks,
Peter Harvey
