About the Role:
Implementation is a key differentiator for Quandri and a critical part of the customer journey. As the Manager of Implementation, you will play a hands-on role in leading customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences. Youll manage and support a small but growing team, refine our implementation process, and help drive key outcomes across customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused, process-oriented leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and has experience executing implementation strategies in high-growth SaaS environmentsideally within AI, ML, or automation technologies.
