Required Education and Experience:

? 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, or call center roles
? Excellent written communication and typing skills
? Proficient in MS Office and chat software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
? Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
