Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery.
Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
