Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and provide information about available rentals. Schedule and conduct on-site property showings. Assist renters through the application and leasing process. Communicate effectively with tenants and property management.
Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation for in-person tours. Ability to work independently and meet goals. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Important Details:
Commission-based role with no base salary.
Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
If relocating to Boston, rent and relocation expenses are not covered.
